公司成立于1995年，成立初期公司主要生产热水器用高压包、摩托车高压包、点火器、继电器、调压器等电器产品。2000年公司全面转向通用汽油机及舷外机点火等配件研发，经过多年的发展，现已发展成为一家集研发、生产、销售为一体的通用汽油机及舷外机电器配件的专业制造企业，并涉及机械、电子、注塑、冲压、翻砂、压铸等行业。

     公司位于重庆市九龙坡区西彭镇工业园区，占地面积50800平方米。公司拥有员工600余人。公司属国家高新技术企业。

     Yuxin was founded in 1995, and mainly produced electric products, such as ignition coil for water heater and ignition coil, relay, AVR, etc for motorcycle durling initial period. In 2000, Yuxin fully turned to research and develop the accessory parts for the ignition system of gasoline engines and outboard engine. After yearsefforts, now Yuxin has been a professional electronic accessories manufacturing enterprise of gasoline engine and outboard engine, it covers R&D, production and sales, also involves in the industry of machinery, electricity, injection, stamping, foundry, die-casting etc.

     Yuxin is located in industrial zone of Xipeng Town, Jiulongpo District Chongqing, it covers an area of 50800 square meters and has over 600 staffs. The company is a national high-tech enterprise.
